At this open event, Tara and Sara will talk about their practice as noise and movement artists engaged in performance and community-building.

Tara will discuss her practice as a noise artist, transitioning between genders and public identities (M=>F; One Man Nation => Tara Transitory), and her project International //gender|o|noise Underground, which involves mapping and documenting lives of trans women in Asia and Europe, and creating performances using live noise generators.  Sara will discuss her practice using the marginalised body as a site of intervention to explore queer and decolonizing contexts through movement.

Together they will share how they work with local, regional and international artists to create an ever-evolving, multifaceted community of radical listeners without borders.
