White Fungus

White Fungus is an international art magazine and project based in Taichung City, Taiwan. As well as publishing, White Fungus regularly holds interdisciplinary art events in Taiwan and throughout the world. These events highlight Taiwan's growing sound art and experimental music scene but have also featured video, performance art, poetry and dance among other media. Past events have been held in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Macau, Berlin, New York and San Francisco. In Taiwan, White Fungus directs the Depopulate event series, introducing international artists and providing a substantial platform for local artists to present their work.
