Misbach Daeng Bilok

Born in 1978 in the Selayar islands of South Sulawesi, Indonesia, Misbach Daeng Bilok has actively engaged in local art communities since 1989 as a musician. He has focused on instrument-building and performances inspired by traditional bamboo instruments from South Sulawesi, and has worked on a bamboo exploration project with village communities in Indonesia.
